At SFE Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality technology services and solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our various services including web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, data analytics, and cybersecurity services.
General Refund Terms
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@sfesolutions.cc
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of SFE Solutions management
Service-Specific Refund Policies
Web Development Services
Eligible for Refund
- Project not started within 7 days of payment
- Failure to deliver initial mockups within agreed timeline
- Major deviation from agreed specifications
- Technical issues preventing project completion
Not Eligible for Refund
- Project completed as per specifications
- Client-requested changes after approval
- Domain/hosting costs already incurred
- More than 50% project completion
Mobile App Development
Eligible for Refund
- App fails to meet basic functionality requirements
- Unable to deploy to app stores due to our error
- Project cancellation before development starts
- Failure to deliver prototype within 14 days
Not Eligible for Refund
- App store rejection due to policy violations
- Client changes requirements mid-development
- Third-party API integration costs
- Development phase completed successfully
Cloud Solutions & Infrastructure
Special Terms
- Setup fees are refundable within 48 hours if service not activated
- Monthly subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for unused periods
- Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred are non-refundable
- Data migration services are non-refundable once completed
Consulting & Advisory Services
Refund Policy: Consulting services are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we offer:
- 100% refund if session is cancelled 24 hours in advance
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations
- Rescheduling allowed once without penalty

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may contact you for additional information or clarification.

You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
Required Information for Refund Requests
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Full name and contact information
- Project/Service name and description
- Invoice number and payment date
- Original payment method details
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Preferred refund method
- Any relevant communication history
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses and subscriptions
- Domain registration and SSL certificate costs
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure expenses already incurred
- Payment processing fees and transaction charges
- Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
- Training sessions and workshops already conducted
- Emergency support services provided outside business hours
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our senior management team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and regulations.
